The 4 with Middelhauve. Filled with middle eastern themes, history, mythology and more. All 4 are incredible underrated gems.

On these cold winter nights, on long snowy drives in the dark, I listen to these albums to feel a little less lonely. To take me to another world full of enchantment, just like the books I used to read as a kid. Less Christmas, more winter, but the thought is still there. Tarja, Leah and Tuomas Holopainen.

Imaginaerum is many things, least of which is being my favorite album of all time. It tells a tale of marvelous proportions on a path winding from gentle piano to heavy metal, smooth jazz to roaring orchestrations.
